• If your SOOMOM garment is damaged in a riding incident within 12 months of purchase, we'll add store credit to your SOOMOM account worth 40-50% of what you paid (30% on accessories). It never expires.
• Full-price purchases only - sale, clearance and final-sale items aren't eligible (a discount code at checkout is fine).
Two ways to apply:
• On our Crash Replacement page - enter your order number and the email you ordered with, and add photos of the damage. No receipt needed.
• In your SOOMOM account - sign in, choose Crash replacement and pick the order. You can follow your claim there too.
