Your tier is set by your lifetime spend at soomom.com and in the Shop app. The last column is what a $200 order earns back at each tier. All amounts are in Australian dollars.

Everything you bought before SOOMOM Rewards began counts toward your tier. A new tier applies from your next order, and using points never lowers it.
The details, plainly stated.
- Sign in and open My account to see your balance, your tier and how far you are from the next one.
- Use points in your cart, from 100 at a time. You choose how many.
- Only one discount code can be used per order, so points can't be combined with another code.
- Points don't expire.
- Gift cards, purchases through other retailers or marketplaces, club and custom kit orders, and exchanges don't earn points.
- Return an order and the points it earned come off, while any points you used on it come back, in proportion to the refund.
SOOMOM Rewards terms.
1. The program
SOOMOM Rewards is run by SOOMOM Group Pty Ltd. Membership is free and automatic for customers who order at soomom.com or in the Shop app. Points belong to your account and can't be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash.
2. Earning
You earn points on paid orders at soomom.com and in the Shop app at your tier's rate (Bronze 1, Silver 1.4, Gold 2 points per $1). Points are calculated on the order total, including GST and shipping, and rounded down to a whole point. You don't earn points on gift card purchases, on purchases through other retailers or marketplaces, on orders our team places for you (such as club or custom kit orders), or on exchanges. Orders placed before SOOMOM Rewards launched don't earn points, but they do count toward your tier.
3. Tiers
Your tier is based on your lifetime spend at soomom.com and in the Shop app, less refunds: Bronze from $0, Silver from $1,500, Gold from $3,000. A new tier applies from your next order. Refunds reduce your lifetime spend and can lower your tier.
4. Using points
100 points = $5 off, with a minimum of 100 points each time. Points are applied as a single-use discount code linked to your account and valid for 72 hours. If the code isn't used, the points go back to your balance. Only one discount code can be used per order, and points can't be applied to past orders.
5. Returns and refunds
If an order is refunded, to your original payment or as store credit, the points it earned are deducted in proportion to the refund. This can take your balance below zero; future points make up the difference. If you used points on the order, they go back to your balance in the same proportion: return everything and you get them all back.
6. Expiry
Points don't expire.
7. Changes
We may change these terms, the earning rates or the tiers, or end SOOMOM Rewards. If a change reduces the value of points you've already earned, or if we end the program, we'll give at least 30 days' notice on this page and, where we can, by email, so you have time to use your points.
8. Errors and misuse
We may correct points added in error and cancel points gained through fraud or misuse.
9. Privacy
We use your order and points information to run SOOMOM Rewards, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
These terms form part of our Terms and Conditions. Nothing in them limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. All amounts are in Australian dollars.
