• Crashed in your SOOMOM kit? We've got you covered.
• If your SOOMOM garment is damaged in a riding incident within 12 months of purchase, we'll offer you a discounted replacement.
• Full-price purchases only - sale, discounted and final-sale items aren't eligible.
Two ways to apply:
• On our Crash Replacement page - enter your order number and the email you ordered with, and add photos of the damage. No receipt needed.
• In your SOOMOM account - sign in, choose Crash replacement and pick the order. You can follow your claim there too.
Our team reviews every claim and emails you the outcome.
