60 days return

We are happy to refund you up to 60 days after you purchased one of our garments. You can also exchange items for free within 90 days of your purchase.

All returned items must be unused and packed in their original packaging.
We only accept return and exchange on items purchased from our online store.

If you have bought your Soomom garments from other distributors or shops, please contact them directly for return.

Simply follow the instructions below and return or exchange your garments hassle-free.  

How to make a return or exchange?

Australia

  • Fill up the return form included in your package with name and order number.
  • Put the item(s) back in their original packaging and include the return form.
  • Stick the pre-paid return form included in your package onto it. 
  • Drop the parcel off at your nearest Australia post office.
  • Wait for your refund or for your new piece of kit.
  • Refunds can take up to 10 days after we've received your item.
  • Send us an email at info@soomom.com with your order number, name, and if you want to exchange or get a refund on your product.
  • Fill up the return form included in your package with name and order number.
  • Put the item(s) back in their original packaging and include the return form.
  • Print the return form we send you by email and tape it to the packaging.
  • Drop the parcel off at your nearest DHL office.
  • Wait for your refund or for your new piece of kit.
  • Refunds can take up to 10 days after we've received your item.

Refund

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/return. If you are approved, your refund will be processed within seven working days.
    The credit will be applied to your original method of payment and can take up to 10 working days to appear on your statement. 
  • If you are still waiting for a refund, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially transferred. Next, contact your bank. Processing time can be long when it comes to refunds. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@soomom.com
