Well almost none. We don't care if you crashed, if your dog decided to feed off your garments or if your ex-partner decided to cut holes into all of your clothes.
What this policy does not cover is standard wear and tear as well as Zip breaks. Cycling can put stress on zips, and they can break on occasion.
We cannot repair zips, but if the break is deemed a manufacturing fault, the product will be replaced, refunded, or exchanged for an item(s) of the same value, as long as it is within a reasonable time frame after purchase.

All you have to do is send us an email with your purchase receipt, a description of the crash, and the garment's damage, as well as a photo of the hole/tear. ( Include a picture of your dog if he has any part in this).
Depending on the nature of the damages, we'll give you instructions on how to return the product and get it back to a usable state.
Please note that repairs can take up to 8 weeks to process once they have arrived at our office.
