One year. Built to last.

Every SOOMOM garment is backed by a one-year warranty against manufacturing faults and material defects from the date of purchase. That includes issues relating to fabrics, stitching, seams, and elastics.

If something doesn't perform the way it should, we'll assess it and work toward the best outcome — repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

Coverage for manufacturing faults and material defects for twelve months from the original purchase date. Includes fabrics, stitching, seams, and elastics.

Send through your order number, proof of purchase, and clear photos of the issue so our team can assess it quickly.

We assess the issue

Every claim is reviewed individually. If needed, we may request the garment be returned for further inspection.

Repair, replace, or resolve

If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing fault or material defect within the warranty period, we’ll organise the appropriate resolution at no additional cost.

  • Warranty applies to the original purchaser only.
  • Claims must be made within one year of the original purchase date.
  • Please include proof of purchase with all claims.
  • Items damaged through misuse, abuse, improper washing, improper storage, or abnormal wear are not covered.
  • All claims are assessed fairly on a case-by-case basis by the SOOMOM team.
