Choose the products you'd like to return or exchange and select your preferred outcome. Need another size? We'll reserve it while your return is in transit.

A prepaid return label is emailed instantly. Repack your items securely and drop the parcel at your nearest post office or carrier drop-off point.

Refund or exchange

Once your return arrives and is approved, refunds are processed within five business days and exchanges are dispatched promptly.

  • Returns and exchanges are available within 60 days of delivery on eligible items.
  • The Returns Portal is the fastest way to process refunds, exchanges, and prepaid return labels.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags attached.
  • Free size exchanges apply to eligible full-price items.
  • Clearance items marked 40% off or more are final sale.
  • Custom, club, and personalised kit cannot be returned.
  • Faulty items and warranty claims are handled manually through our care team.

How do I start a return?

The fastest way is through our self-service Returns Portal. Enter your order number and email to generate a prepaid return label, request an exchange, or process a refund in just a few minutes.

If your item is faulty or your situation falls outside the portal, contact our care team directly.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes — free size exchanges are available on eligible full-price items through the Returns Portal. We reserve your replacement while your return is in transit.

My item arrived faulty — what now?

Skip the Returns Portal and contact our care team directly with your order number and photos of the issue. Faulty items are handled separately through our warranty process.

Got the size wrong? Start an exchange through our Returns Portal and we’ll send out the new size once your return is in transit. Your first size exchange on eligible full-price items is free. Additional exchanges may require return shipping to be covered by the customer.

If your requested size is unavailable, we’ll automatically process a refund instead — no extra step needed.
