In the third episode of Yoga for cyclists, Karen focuses on the hips, aiming to improve pedalling efficiency.

A lot of power is wasted in inefficiency, and by doing those simple exercises after a ride, you can improve your time and pedaling without growing stronger. Karen has crafted a few easy poses that she integrates into a flow for you to do at home. All this in less than 10 minutes, perfect to do after a ride. 

It's a complete suite of exercises that you can repeat at home anytime.
